Staying Healthy

It's important to start your day off with a helthy breakfast. Other great ideas to staying healthy could be getting involved with sports and staying active. You could also make should you wash your hands whenever possible, especially before and after you eat. It's important to stay healthy because no one likes getting sick. If you don't take care of your body, then you will just pass on germs to your friends.
